Jennifer Ehle’s full name is Jennifer Anne Ehle. She was born to parents Rosemary Harris and John Ehle on December 28, 1969, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her mother is a British actress, and her father is an American actor. She spent her childhood in the United States and the United Kingdom. She used to spend the majority of her childhood in North Carolina. As a toddler, she appeared in “A Streetcar Named Desire” Broadway revival in 1973.
Jennifer Ehle went to several different schools. She went to Interlochen Art Academy, North Carolina School of Arts, and Central School of Speech and Drama.

Jennifer Ehle started her television career in 1992. In the year 1992, she appeared in the miniseries called “The Camomile Lawn.” In the miniseries, she played the role of Calypso for five episodes.
