Reginald Harrison Collins affectionately known as “Reggie” entered into this life to Shardel McCoy Collins and Carl Harrison Collins on December 3, 1979 in Long Island, New York. Reggie was a proud small business owner of Up In Smoke BBQ where he showed precise smoking, barbecuing and cooking skills. If you tasted his brisket, lollipop or jerk chicken, then consider yourself blessed.  Reggie was a grill master and created masterpieces every single time he jumped on the grill. Reggie’s other past times included his love of boxing and watching his favorite team win or lose, the New York Jets.

One of the most important joys Reggie loved most was being a devoted husband and father.  He leaves behind a wife who was the light of his life and his best friend, Chiquita Collins and a son they share, Israel Harrison Collins; his first born son, Jayden Harrison Collins. He also leaves behind two bonus children, Carlos Hunt and London Joyner; he leaves behind a brother Carl Ian Collins and a sister Dominque Sparks (Keith). He leaves behind two devoted parents Shardel and Carl Collins.
