The full trailer for 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' is here

It’s safe to say that rom-coms are currently ruling the roost on Netflix. Over the past few months, movies such as The Kissing Booth and Set It Up have been lapped up by viewers across the globe and next month, a new addition will be added to your must-watch list.

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before arrives on Netflix on August 17. Based on the book by Jenny Han, the movie tells the story of teen Lara Jean Song Covey (played by Vietnamese-American actress Lana Condor – X-Men: Apocalypse) who writes love letters to five of her crushes. These letters are secret ones, locked away in Lara’s cupboard for her eyes only. However, her world is soon thrown into chaos when the letters are leaked and she is confronted by her loves.

Following the previously released teaser trailer, the official full-length trailer for To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before was unveiled today. Directed by Susan Johnson, the movie will be instantly resonate with anyone who ever had a high school crush. The trailer also perfectly captures teen awkwardness, from dealing with sexual health chats with your dad to escaping the house by rolling off the roof.

Whilst the trailer is merely a few minutes long, we’re already confident that Lana is the perfect Lara and we can’t wait to lose ourselves in this heartwarming, funny and charming movie.

Covey, and Madeleine Arthur as Chris.
